Eric R. Schlauch, CPG, LSRP

Mr. Schlauch has been working in the Environmental Industry since 1989. He has extensive experience with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Underground Storage Tank (UST) and Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) regulatory programs, and has managed projects regulated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and City of New York DEP. His experience includes working on federally regulated Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and Superfund sites, as well as remediation of contaminated sites in Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, and South Carolina.

Eric has managed several hundred UST closure and release remediation projects, and has presented subsurface evaluation regulatory training for an NJDEP approved course. He also provides expert witness testimony on groundwater investigation, remediation, and contaminant fate and transport, and assists clients with cost recovery efforts.

As a Principal, Eric works closely with clients to develop project-specific goals and objectives. He directs daily operations, remains intimately involved with projects, and maintains in-house management and training systems to ensure Peak’s clients receive superior service.
