Caroline Bach

As Vice President of Marketing and Branding, Ms. Bach leads Nova’s marketing initiatives to support Nova’s growth and increase brand awareness.

Ms. Bach works directly with all areas of Nova to develop and implement marketing strategies and enhance our brand, culture, and awareness in the commercial real estate industry. She played a vital role in Nova’s rebranding as a Certified B Corporation in the Spring of 2023 and is the leader of the Creative Committee. Her passion is brand consistency and coming up with new and innovative ways to represent the services and offerings of Nova Group, GBC.
