James McCague

Mr. McCague has been a RICS chartered building surveyor since 2013 and has over 14 years of experience as a commercial building surveyor. He also has previously worked for CBRE in a similar role.

James joined Nova Ambiente in October 2024 after five years with the Savills central London Technical Due Diligence (TDD) team. His role will focus on developing the technical capabilities and client base across the UK and Europe. James will be collaborating with the Nova US BD Teams to develop the existing US client relationships to this end.
