This transformation is highlighted by the adoption of our new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan and the incorporation of Nova Group as a General Benefit Corporation (GBC).

In his role, Lou is tasked with leading our CSR strategy, overseeing Nova Group's GBC commitment, and developing our ESG strategy. Through his expertise, Lou ensures that Nova Group remains dedicated to making a positive impact on society while aligning with responsible business practices.
