Russell (Rusty) Gordon, PE

Mr. Gordon is a licensed Profession Engineer with over 30 years of due diligence consulting experience, including 15 years in acquisitions-level due diligence. He is the leader of Nova’s Equity team, which specializes in equity-level PCAs for commercial real estate acquisitions as well as a wide variety of complementary, in-depth assessment services, including roof, façade, MEP, structural, fire/life safety, and accessibility assessments. His responsibilities as Nova's Equity Group Manager include relationship management and team building, employee engagement, financial performance analysis and management, and strategic planning.
