Mr. Warn has over 35 years of experience in conducting environmental, energy, and engineering services. His responsibilities have included project management for state and federal agencies, as well as commercial and industrial facilities, on tasks involving sustainable construction, development, and redevelopment; energy audits; environmental site assessments, investigation; remedial action; risk assessment; compliance audits; and regulatory impact analysis.
